BEFORE YOU VISIT
Here are a few things to keep in mind before you visit us for the first time on Sunday mornings ...
Breakfast
We have a full breakfast at 9:45 a.m. in Dority Hall. Please come early to meet some new people.
Schedule
The worship service consistently lasts from 10:30-12 noon.
Dress
The dress for our services is casual. You will probably see people in many different "levels" of dress. Some people prefer to wear a coat and tie, some prefer jeans and flip flops. You will see that and everything in between.
Worship
Our worship style is contemporary. We have a full band that plays a mix of modern worship songs and hymns. We also have a time of ministry and reflection at the end of the service which includes prayer, communion, and worship.
Preaching
Our pastors preach through portions (or entire) books of the Bible. Notes and outlines are available for study during and after the service.
Nursery
There is childcare for children 3 months up to K-5 during the worship service. Children in 1st-5th grade join their parents in the main worship service in the Sanctuary.
Children and Youth
We value families being able to worship together; therefore we do not offer an alternative for children and youth during our main worship services. The services are geared toward a wide range of ages and are fully applicable to children and teens. This is unique for some families who are used to having their children in another room. We encourage you to try worshipping as a family. We have seen families be tremendously blessed by this time, and we would love to assist you in any way we can. If you need to leave the service with your children, we have two overflow rooms -- one specifically for nursing mothers and one for families. Both have live video feeds of the service.
