Discussion Questions

3DQ - 3 discipleship questions to ask each other: What is God saying to you? What are you going to do about it? How can I help?

  1. Did the holy spirit highlight anything to you from the teaching?
  2. What are ways in which our church body can move beyond being a church that just “provides religious goods and services?”
  3. 1 Peter 5 calls us to be “watchful and sober-minded.” What does this look like to you? Do you have an example of someone who exemplifies this to you?
  4. Russ talked about our words “creating trust or suspicion…” Did this resonate with you? How can we better create trust with our words?
  5. Do you have any experience with Matthew 18? If so, how did your obedience bring maturity to you and/or the other person?
