The Beach House Resort is an oceanfront property, and we’ll have free time to enjoy the beach!

COST
Retreat Registration: $95 per person
Retreat package includes all retreat sessions with our guest speaker, Saturday breakfast and lunch, Sunday brunch, and a few retreat perks to enjoy.

Hotel Room Rate: $212 per room, per night
Each room accommodates 2–4 guests.

Please note: The event registration deadline is later than the hotel booking deadline. If you register after September 21st, and have not yet booked your room, the discounted room rate will no longer be available.

What should I expect?
We will have times of worship, prayer, testimonies, teaching from guest speaker Staci McClain, good food, lots of fun, and free time to explore the beautiful Hilton Head Island.

We will be meeting at Christian Renewal Church and staying at the Beach House Resort. Please plan on commuting back and forth from these locations.
How do we know our guest speaker, Staci McClain?
Staci has been ministering in Charleston for many years at Crosstowne Church. We have overlapping relationships in Charleston, and she has become a friend and a resource to us. Check out her bio below.
If I have to cancel, will I be refunded?
After October 9, 2026, all event registration costs are non-refundable, but transferrable to other women.

Beach House Resort cancellation policy:  you must cancel seven (7) days prior to arrival or you will forfeit deposits paid.

What if I want to come but can’t afford it?
If cost is a barrier to attending the event and you would like financial assistance, please fill out this form.
There are a limited number of full and partial scholarships available, so please let us know as soon as possible.
What are the rooms like?
Each room has two Queen beds, a full bath, mini-fridge, 43" flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, locally sourced Grind Coffee Roasters coffee, separate workspace with multi-charging station, small safe, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clock, and luxury skin and hair products from Gilchrist & Soames.

In addition to the 2-Queen rooms, there are a limited number of King size beds, and you will see that option when booking.

When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4PM and check-out is by 11AM.

When booking, if you wish to add on an early check-in or late check-out option, you can do so for an additional $50/stay. These options will be presented just before payment confirmation when booking online.

Can I bring my children?
We encourage you to enjoy this time of connection with the Lord and your sisters apart from your children. The facilities will not allow us to accommodate children.  However, nursing mothers can bring newborns and would need to choose a roommate(s) who would be comfortable with this.
Can I bring my teen who is not yet 17?
The Retreat is for women 17 years and older; however, bringing younger teens is up to parents' discretion. Please be mindful that mature topics will be discussed.
Will I be able to choose my roommate(s)?
You are responsible for booking your own accommodations at Beach House Resort and for making your own roommate arrangements. Each room has 2 queen beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people.

What if I am not able to attend the entire retreat?
We hope everyone will come for the entire retreat, especially since it is out of town!  But please come for as long as you can!   
What meals are provided?
Saturday: Breakfast and Lunch
Sunday: Brunch

We will also provide water, coffee, and snacks.  If you have specific allergies, you may want to bring a few of your favorite snacks.

Friday dinner and Saturday dinner are on your own.
What if I have a food allergy?
When registering, there is a place to specify what allergies/intolerances you have. We will work to accommodate these needs in any provided meals.
Are the event spaces accessible?
Yes, the church and the resort spaces are wheelchair accessible. 
Is carpooling available to and from the retreat?
We are not able to organize carpooling, but feel free to connect with other women for ride sharing. Carpooling is recommended! Also note that you are responsible for transportation to and from Christian Renewal Church and The Beach House Resort during the Retreat.
What should I bring to the retreat?
  • An expectant heart!  Come ready to give and receive!
  • Comfortable clothes and shoes

  • Beach gear to enjoy Hilton Head beaches and Beach House Resort
  • Money for food on the road 
What can I do in my free time around Hilton Head?
On Saturday afternoon, you can enjoy Beach House Resort amenities or venture out to explore more of Hilton Head. Check out the Visitors Bureau site for some highlights.
